Why letters, not blog posts
Most founder content in 2026 is written for LinkedIn — short, optimised, frequent. The Letters from Clonmel are deliberately not that. They are quarterly, long, and signed at the bottom. Their job is to give you, four times a year, an honest read on what we are actually building, what we are getting wrong, and what is changing on the ground in South Tipperary.
The first letter publishes at the end of Q2 2026 — alongside the AI Brain workshops on 25–26 July. Subscribe by emailing mike@impt.io and they will arrive in your inbox the morning each one is published.

What's in each letter
- What IMPT actually shipped that quarter, and what we abandoned.
- Where Ireland Quantum is on the twelve-month delivery clock.
- One technical essay on something we are working through — agents, quantum, climate accounting.
- A note from Annerpark House about how we are doing as a family.
- Three recommendations — a book, an Irish business worth watching, an idea we have changed our mind about.
